Operation Deer is not going as planned...I felt sorry for them and decided I would get some hay and a bag of oats..I checked with the department of natural resources and they told me it was fine to feed them yada yada...so I bought a bale of hay and a 88lb of whole oats....well, I put it all out in my yard...and the fuckers would not eat it! Hear that deer?... thats the sound of me getting my rifle....I KID!
Doug wants me to make french onion soup again, and since it has been about a year since I made it last, I might oblige him...but I need some new french onion soup bowls...and since we now have a Bed, Bath and Beyond...I might just splurge and get some new ones...I can't decide though...
These white ones are cute and not really expensive....
I really like the concept of these ones, they are like mini pots...but they are $$$$ and for soup I only make once a year...maybe not...

Not much in kiddie news this week...Doug got a 97% on his last exam..my dad had another surgery followup appointment yesterday, his hearing in his right ear has not come back yet..so I have to yell and scream at him, Hallie talks so low and mumbles, he can't heat her at all...I think he just nods and smiles..
Big night for mama tomorrow night, the man and I are going out.....we are meeting up with 2 other couples and going to the casino...I've been working out my slot arm... I went for a wardrobe overhaul at H&M last night, I love their clothes and since my sister in law manages the store...discount! Thanks Lindz xxooo...I got a tunic shirt, a knit sweater to wear over it, a pashima scarf to accessorize and a new pair of black heels...I'm gonna look smokin'...well as smokin' as one can be carrying around leftover baby weight and breastfeeding boobies...

I'm going to say go with the white ones. They seem to be a happy middle...and I think the dark color of french onion soup would stand out nicely..it's not only about taste! Presentation is just as important!
